Best environment over all, extremely creative towns, fantastic memorable music. A remake might also be a chance to make the gym leaders more interesting, just like how the shitty gen 2 ones got nice redesigns, especially Morty.
If they did something to make the water routes more bearable I'd be happy as a clam. Why not just make certain dark spots in the water act like tall grass instead of every damn tile?
