Your average pokemon is not a friend or waifu any more than a dog can be, the majority are just trained pets that respond to simple shit.
All the perverts that would abuse eeveolutions are already abusing their own dogs right now, so if anything, pokemon being real would decrease the ammount of perverts as most pokemon still pose a great threat after a muzzle and chain.
