People use penta-perfect pokemon. You never need to have a pokemon with perfect IV's in both attack stats unless you're running some strange mixed build. Generally speaking you need 31 in Hp, Attack OR Special attack, defense, special defense, and speed. The exception is Aegislash, who doesn't need special attack or speed.

Speed is the only one that really matters. Everything else will make a negligible difference but if you have 1 less speed fighting an identical pokemon with an identical build, you will be outsped every single time.

You could probably get away with 30 or whatever in the important IVs, but really, it's actually easier to get 31s. 30s would be essentially random, while 31-IV parents are very easy to get ahold of now.
