Compared to all the previous matches this one was lame and uneventful. At least with things like Kingler and Bellsprout it was surprising, but honestly Charizard was the best part about this match. The Electric Tale of Pikachu had a better ending though

Not really, because Richie lost in the next round. Meanwhile Tobias went on to sweep the next guy with his Darkrai, which pretty much drives home that if it wasn't for Gary Stu McAsspull, Ash would've won Sinnoh.
