Even at maximum weight, Heavy Slam is 120+STAB and it varies depending on who you fight, Head Smash is 150+STAB always, both are good moves though but Head Smash is better, however Heavy Slam has 16 PP and 100% unlike 8 PP and 80%

Conservatively calculating an Aggron can hit 89 base speed at lvl 50 with a Jolly nature. It boosts to 178 after just ONE Rock Polish which DOESN'T lower weight (that's Autotomize).

Check your facts prof Carl Oak before you discount Speedy Aggron.
