Anyone know where I can find the Egg Hatching Power?

I know it's in Lumiose, and I know you have to max out your Style. But where does Mr. O actually appear?

Hmmm...not quite there...

If I were to say...go to the Museum multiple times, or repeatedly visit cafes, would my Style increase?

Buying premier balls one by one (I think you need to exit the shop menu each time) is the quickest way. It's like 100 for max style or something

I figured out that you don't have to completely exit the shop menu, but I just exited the buy menu every time and it worked.

You can also use discount power, and the effects won't wear off until you exit the shop menu completely.
