I can't figure something. I'm trying to breed a khangaskan. Got one from WT and somehow passed 1 IV to it from my dittos. Now I get kinda lost with power item/destiny knot, not knowing how or when should I use em. I don't wanna a hexaperfect, but I'm stuck and I can't figure how to pass all IV's to it. I have several dittos with lots of 31 combinations, all of em with the same nature that I want (jolly).

How should I proceed ?

Btw, if I give something destiny knot and the other poke holds a power item, i'll have an offspring with power item IV + 5 ivs from destiny ? what overrides what ?

Power items override destiny knot.

Basically, you want to take a Kangaskhan and a Ditto with IVs you want, and breed them. Give an Everstone to the Jolly parent, and the Destiny Knot to the other one. Breed until all of both parents perfect IVs have been passed down to a Kangaskhan. Take this Kangaskhan, and breed it with a Ditto that has the IVs you are missing. Repeat until Pentaperfect.

For Kangaskhan, you can ignore Special Attack.

Are we sure that Power Items override Destiny Knot? I bred with both of them at the same time and it seemed like the stacked, I was getting IVs all over the place.

Well, Destiny Knot is 5IV, so that's already all over the place. I haven't actually tested the Power Item thing, it's just what I've heard.
