What is literally the most infuriating, annoying team in all of pokemon? Is it Paraflinching? i'm trying to piss off my friend.

Not to mention I wouldn't be fighting with restrictions, so I'd just Kings Rock and Brightpowder it up. Is there anything more frustrating?

I know my friend HATES trick room, so consider that. Is there a pokemon that can learn attract, confuse ray, thunderwave/glare, and a flinching move? That'd be fun.

And of course, there's always double team. Put his ass to sleep and double team like a motherfucker.

Slowbro with Leppa Berry (restores PP), Recycle (regains berry), Slack off (healing), Heal Pulse (heals enemy), and Block (enemy can't switch out).

Leppa Berry + Slack off keeps you alive, Recycle to regain Berry, Block keeps them from leaving. Eventually they run out of PP and struggle to death. So you heal pulse them into staying alive.

Forever.

Yeah. 10% chance to flinch just isn't considered broken enough to ban though. It's pretty much just good on Cloyster and other skill link users, and even then it's a 41% chance I believe so most people just don't care since it's obvious you have it.

Yep. The idea is to annoy them until they just ragequit. Sure you could let them struggle to death, but the idea is to instill so much rage they just give up

Even better if they still have mons left, you basically just win the match.

The most annoying Poké out there is Illumise.
Give it Leftovers and the Prankster ability, no IVs or EVs in ATTK, 252 EVs in HP and a split in DEF and SPDEF.
Run this set: Thunder Wave, Confuse Ray, Encore and Bug Buzz.
Sit back and let the RNG take over.

i think the idea is to drag the battle out so long that all their PP runs out on that pokemon, then they use struggle and beat themselves to death, very, very, slowly

This is the set I run on mine, but this one is meant to be more practical rather than just piss people off.

Hates Fun (Sableye) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Def
Calm Nature
- Night Shade
- Recover
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp

Priority will-o is amazing as it cripples physical attackers like nothing else. After that I just spam recover while burn damage slowly chips away their health. Taunt is for opposing walls such as ferro, skarm, forretress, basically anything that doesn't do damage directly. Night shade is so I still have a means of doing damage if I get taunted myself.

I use Sableye because it's the best fit for my team, swagger wave boo boo keys is probably the worst in terms of annoyance.

I run taunt instead of Shadow sneak.
Captivate set is fun too, you can disable physical attacker with burn and tank special attacker with Captivate.

i guess its just personal choice huh, i was considering using trick with either iron ball, a choice item or ring target( or use it with safety goggles to ruin weather users day

not sure how effective they would be though (unless i went full on evil and led with two pranksters)

If you get lucky you can safely Accupressure to max every stat, then you sweep. Shuckle is bulkier but Drapion's ability negates Critical Hits
