Jolteon
-Choice Specs (charge beam)
-Volt Absorb
>Charge Beam>Pin Missile>Flash>Double KickWeepinbell
Chlorophyll
-BrightPowder
>Razor Leaf>Stun Spore>Sweet Scent>CutI've mainly just been using Weepinbell as a sacrifice if I need to revive or pot. someone else. It's too slow to hit anything before it gets OHKO.
Pidgeot
-Muscle Band
-Keen Eye
>Fly>Quick Attack>Feather Dance>Aerial AceI also have the TM for Roost sitting in my inventory, I've tried replacing one of Pidgeot's moves with it a few times.
Quagsire

-Choice Scarf (somehow I didn't get the fucking Choice Band)
>Rollout>Earthquake>Strength>Rock SmashGengar
-Levitate
-Focus Sash
>Hypnosis>Shadow Ball>Dream Eater>Mean LookI also have the TM for Embargo in my inventory and I've been teaching Gengar Embargo over Mean Look on attempts to negate Lance's fucking full restores.
Lance opens with Gyarados. So far my best strategy seems to be to set the battle mode to 'Shift' (cheap) and...
1) ...open with Jolteon, Charge Beam on Gyarados. Takes two shots and Jolteon usually ends up with 8-25 HP left.
2) Lance will switch in either Aerodactyl or his lvl. 50 Dragonite, who uses Outrage as its primary attack. Outrage Dragonite is bad news, because none of my pokemon can take an Outrage hit (maybe Golem). So I switch out Gengar, hypnosis, shadow ball, shadow ball, embargo, shadow ball to death. The Focus sash allows me to take one hit, if I get it I have to switch to Weepinbell, potion gengar, let lance kill weepinbell, switch back in gengar and rinse and repeat. If...
3) ...Lance switches to Aerodactyl, I have Quagsire Surf it. Quagsire can take about three of Aerodactyl's Aerial Ace, which seems to be all it uses.
It's not awesome, but it seems to work. But the real problems come from his Thunder and Blizzard Dragonite. Haven't even seen his 6th yet.
