Murkrow also has prankster haze to fuck over super fast guys. Gastrodon or Amoongus can clear smog relatively affectively if you can make them work on the team. The key feature of Unaware quag is that he just needs to enter the battle field and stall it out or force a switch, but the thing is if it kills him they get their stat changes back I believe, Clefable also has unaware though and has a totally different movepool that might work better on your team.
