Xerneas isn't even uncompetitive, it'd be like calling Kyogre uncompetitive comparing the Gen 2 and 3 Ubers metas. It's not uncompetitive, it's not unstoppable (unless you let the Xerneas get a free Geomancy while you have 3 layers of Spikes on Stealth Rock on your side of the field, but that applies to multiple Ubers), and most importantly, it literally will never get banned no matter how much you baddies cry.
