Yeah, or the appropriate trainer card that'll let you dig out what you want/play it without Haunter/etc

Anyway, All CCGs have a good bit of draw-luck involved. (not counting Mage Wars) It just depends on what kind of deck-control cards they put out, and how many they let you stuff your deck with. Haven't played since the Rocket series, though, so I'm not up to date on what's legal.
