I mean, it wasn't really that great before the nerf either. It's only really good against Pokemon with 4x weaknesses to it. So really, you're running Fire for Ferrothorn and Scizor, and Ice for Dragonite, Salamence, Flygon (lel), and Garchomp.

I bred an Eevee but its Hidden Power is fucking Dark type.
So I use Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Wish and Protect (which I'll replace with Volt Switch as soon as I get the TM)

You don't. You just breed a shit ton of Eevees, get some with the IV spread you want (for Jolteon it would be all 31 except Att) and check their Hidden Power type with the HP guy.

You can. You just can't use them in official tournaments (they're "Kalos-only"). The same thing happened last Gen for the first few tourneys.
