I'm trying to breed a Swinub that is Jolly natured, and has Ice Shard, Stealth Rock, Earthquake, and Icicle Crash. I don't have a piloswine safari, but I have a piloswine, and two dittos, with three perfect IVs each, all in different stats.

What do I do? Also I want it to be Jolly.

You need a your piloswine/swinub to be female. Then you need a male smeargle that knows icicle crash and stealth rock. you breed them together and the offspring is a swinub that knows icicle crash and stealth rock.

Next, you need the nature. If you haven't bred a jolly one by now, search for a ditto that is jolly, breed with your swinub and make the ditto hold an everstone. The offspring is a jolly swinub that knows the above moves.

Now, for the tedious part. You breed the swinub holding the everstone and one ditto with the IV's that you need holding a destiny knot. Eventualy, you will get a swinub with the IV's of the ditto. Then you go for the other IV's with the other ditto.

Rinse and repeat
