Nerf. Your not going to notice the accuracy change, and 100BP was just barely strong enough to warrant use. Now it's worse than Ice Beam/Flamethrower/Surf/Thunderbolt, at least they hit everytime.

Say what? An 85% accurate move misses 1 in 6.67 times, while a 90% accurate move misses 1 in 10 times.
That's a pretty huge accuracy boost.

I always do this to test average power
BP * Accuracy

So preXY it was 100 * 85% = 85
Now it's 90 * 90% = 81

Nerf.

Average power is significant in DPS-centric games like MMORPGs.
It's completely meaningless in Pokemon where it's all about OHKO's and 2HKO's.

The majority of the games where you use MM you won't even notice the lowered accuracy. But you will notice the lowered BP every single time.

Even if it was reduced to 80 power it would still be a buff. Accuracy is where it's all at.
