I have a Mega CharX with EQ, Dragon Claw, SD and it wrecks shit.

Incorrect. M-Char X can 1-2HKO pretty much everything in OU at +1.

It's basically salamence, but better. Only thing is that the watch list megas are better than it.

Bellyzard was actually pretty good in Gen 3 once you weakened you're opponents bulky water a bit

There was no priority to speak of so he could wreck shit pretty nicely.

he was never viable. not even in gen 1.

His megas fixed the huge problem of having terrible ass tier stat distribution.

X is a great dragon dancer, who's stab combination is resisted by three existing pokemon.

Y has 159 SPECIAL ATTACK AND DROUGHT

he'll be fine this gen.

Except it also needs to resist Grass, Dragon, Ground, Flying, and Electric since those are all moves that at least one of the megas use. Not to mention a way to stop X from dancing.
