im about to start breeding togepi.

whats the fastest way to evolve it to togetic to breed.

I have it in a luxery ball with the soothe bell, do I just run untill I have 5 music notes in the amie screen? (NOT HEARTS) and then level it up?

if so how long do I have to bike on average, is it a set number of steps?

I will toss befriending lvl3 whenever I can, im just wondering on average with this setup how many minutes from hatch to togetic will it be?
