because a counterfeit guide I got when I was a kid and playing GSC which misplaced some WA at the SE field, leaving it with lots of SE and just 1 WA
but as I never used Ice types save for some obligatory E4/Leader that used Dragons, I never came to realize how shitty a type it was.
Almost 13 years fooled.
Curiously, when playing RBY, even if I was in 1st~ grade (I'm 21 now) I never bought into those rumours of Pikablu, Mew under the Truck, Togepi in RBY.
But in RS (that was like 4th/5th grade) I had this strong belief that somewhere in Hoenn I was going to be able to find more Pokemon beyond that stupid 200 (and kept going through every area for dozens of times hoping to trigger some event, or find some really weird shit in the grass)
