stick with attack and speed, you don't need to outspeed everything when you have dragon dance and multiscale

I made mine with Multiscale weakness Policy.
EV trained in HP and Attack with a bit of speed.
Just Dragon Dance on the first turn, and get hit by a super effective. You'll usually outspeed almost everything and be able to OHKO them.
