Platinum is worth getting right?

I played diamond when it came out and reeeaaally want to play gen 4 again for some reason. Should I get platinum?

It's better than DP, definitely. Gen 4 in general was kinda slow, but Plat's definitely worth getting.

Yes. Diamond and Pearl are bad, mmmkay. Platinum has better variety of types. No more Ponyta and Chimchar as only pre-E4 Fire-types. No more waiting until you beat the E4 before you can catch other new gen IV-Pokémon.
The battles only take too long.

As far as gen4 goes, I suggest either Pt or HGSS for the best experience. They're far superior to plain DP.
