I need some suggestions on a move for my smeargs.
I have 2 adamant pentaperf technician beasts.

A female [Mrs. Catcher] who runs spore, false swipe, thunderwave and odor sleuth.
The male [Mr. Brocasso] has happy hour and payday (the moment it's available).
I also decided skill swap will be nice to find HA horde pokes. To compliment that I thought maybe substitute... but i'm unsure.

Suggestions/ideas? What does /vp/ have for their utility smeargle/s

Example, my sweet scent mon.
Parasect penta adamant with spore false swipe sweet scent and rage powder (for the unlikely chance of encountering a shiny zangoose/seviper in a horde)

Well, that makes two of us.

I was thinking about making a dogcatcher Gallade, but then realized I need to level up a Gardevoir to 65 to do it...

However, those smeargles sound lovely.

I am making one of those soon.
I mean who knows when it could come in handy.

I just level up by daycare. I have 999:59 hours because of it. lol. All my comps are levelled to 100.

Oh, yeah, with the ease of the circle walk around the tower, why not? And shit, might save me time vs. normal leveling. Now I know what the Battle Chateau fuckers are talking about when "tossing enough money" at things.

Yeah, I just put it on and make him ride around the tower while I sleep or just do other stuff.

I also don't know what else can be useful on a frisk thief aircutter noivern, fly is probably one way to go. as for a 4th move nothing comes to mind besides just an attack move for the sake of the 4th spot. either that or cut for another hm.

Not according to bulbapedia.
Really though, aircutter is only useful until you get all the background tree berries. Frisk and thief coupled with a faint lead compound eyes is a godsend in it's own right though.

I just have a level 100 trace gardevoir for the ability.
To my knowledge there is no way to tell their nature. I do however have a box of every nature synchronize abra and also every nature ditto.
I also have cute charm m & f igglybuff to faint lead when I need a specific gender (for egg move breeding etc).

This appeals to my autism.
For Skill Swap, use a Carbink. For the rare ocassion in which you need the item in the background but don't want to KO the pokemon, while also covering finding HA in hordes.
Soak > Odor Sleuth, allows you to Spore grass types too.
Rage Powder is nice, though how exactly would you kill all the Seviper/Zangoose while Rage Powdering?
Super Fang is a nice fourth option on Noivern, to ensure quick catches not needing to switch on easy-to-catch mons.

I hadn't layed since gen 3 so I was unfamiliar with soak, I probably will change odor sleuth to it. I think i've been keeping odor sleuth for the nostalgic feels.

Does rage powder not stay in effect if you switch? (I'll be honest, I haven't tested rage powder. It sounded like it would work in theory)

Super fang, I actually overlooked that. That will definitely be added to my Noivern though.

I just reread over the rage powder bulbapedia page. So it's just like follow me. I will have to tweak the moveset. Give it an attacking move over spore.
Or just spore everything and do some tricky switching.

Only thing I could think of for Carbink was Rock Slide and Dazzling Gleam, for AoEing hordes, though with those offenses I'm not sure how well would that work.
Rage Powder only lasts a turn, from what I know. Also make sure that Parasect has Damp, to stop wild Explosion.
I actually posted a full utility team not long ago but then stopped playing so never got around to finish it.

Last two were added purely for Pickup reasons, though Gourgeist proves useful harvesting items from the backgrounds.
