Megakhan has no real counters, but being able to outspeed and knock it out in one hit at full hp on a safe switch in is an extremely rare trait that only a couple of pokemon can do (M-Luke, M-Hera, M-Pinsir CC). Mienshao might be the ONLY non-mega able to knockout 252HP/252DEF MKhan unboosted.
