Yes we do. You can encounter Cresselia in the Lumiose City Battle Institute. And Pokemon typings are listed on the Global Link website if you ask for them on the GTS.

Actually I've been breeding ralts with a ditto and the eggs keep coming in premier balls like the parent ralts. Havent tried on a genderless yet but I think ditto breeds into balls too since the new patch. Unless the ball passes if you breed a ditto with a female anyways
