SO after forever breeding for a shiny iv tyrunt, (got it), I have 49 pentaperfect ones left. I 'll probably just give most of them away, but i was hoping someone could help me with some of the pokemon I want to start breeding for my own teams. I figure not everyone has a stockpile of pentaperfects, but I was hoping to get at least 4 Decent IV's. The tyrunts are all Adamant, with Thunder, Ice, and Fire Fang. The only 5IVs I have on hand are Ralts, Mawile, and Magikarp. And I'm not really interested in breeding pairs for either of them. Take some 4IVs for free and if you wanna give me a Gible or a Binacle that's fine.

Its got perfect IVs in health, atk, def, and spdf, but apparently its speed is bad. I guess that doesnt matter anyway, the one I'm using now gets outspeed by fucking mega amphoros somehow so I guess mega mawile is just supposed to be slow.

I gave up trying to get friend safaris. After the first 2 or maybe 3 pokemon it becomes easier to breed because you'll have leftovers you can trade for other pokemon that are in egg groups with your other leftovers.

Well, it's not good but it's a start.

None of your current team benefit from the Sand Tyranitar provides, and his Mega is pretty underwhelming.
Assault Vest Tyranitar would serve you much better and you could get a better SR setter if you absolutely needed one.
Rotom-W would never use Hex, one, because it's bad, and, two, because it doesn't get STAB from it. Volt Switch would be a better alternative.
Nature Power on Amoongus is pretty bad, as well. You could use Sludge Bomb for a better move.
Your Gengar is all over the place.
Disable without Substitute is not good, and neither is Destiny Bond.
You could run Sludge Bomb/Wave/Dazzling Gleam; whichever tickles your fancy.
Barbaracle would be good for Talonflame, but even with a Shell Smash boost is still pretty slow.

That's why i think it's weird, the vest is there.
The vest leaves me with almost 50% HP left, but I have to rely on Stone Miss to not only not miss but deal close to full damage.
Policy leaves me almost dead, but I can OHKO for sure, again provided it doesn't miss.

I have a mamoswine I could use as a rocks lead. Should I do that instead? Greninja will be taking Sand and Life Orb Damage, and also has to rely on an 80% accuracy move.
It's hardly a sure thing, but it's decent odds on your side.
You could even use Crunch, because he'll be Pure Water Type before you can hit.

People keep saying that......I have a personal bis against Dmeteor because of the 90% accuracy letting me down so many times....I'll consider it if that extra power really becomes necessary. A Scarf on Togekiss seems like such a waste, especially if you're using it for flinch hax.
Thunder Wave and Dazzling Gleam are good moves, and Leftovers combined with Togekiss's decent bulk mean you can stick around longer.
You can also use Roost to dodge Ice and Rock attacks since you'll likely outspeed any dangerous users of those moves, bar Greninja.
Spreading Paralysis is especially devastating against people just hoping not to get statused or running a fully offensive lineup.

Yeah my throh is suppose to a sp tank/phazer, which is probably why Haxorus one shotted him. But then again haxorous is beast. And yeah dragalge makes for a pretty good fairy counter (Even though it's a pretty rare type), he seems quite bulky.

It would be a good start.
The standard procedure when making a set is:
"What do I want this Pokemon to do?"

If you want it to be offensive, then you could run a Nasty Plot set.

If you want it to be an annoying paralysis spreader, then you can run T-Wave and Air Slash.

Then you need to account for any problems this pokemon might face.
Hazards, Counters, Checks, all that good stuff.
Then look at your team and see if you have any answers to these problems in your team.
A Spinner/Defog user, Couters or checks to their counters.
If you don't have any answers to common problems, you might need to tweak the set.

So what do you want to outspeed?
What attack from what Pokemon do you most fear?
Change accordingly.

But to answer your question specifically, yes, you should probably invest in HP and whichever Defense you see fit.

Yeah, Dragagle's an excellent Sp tank from what I've experienced. I saw the typing and it's Sp Def stat and just knew I had to have it. Dumping 252 EVs into Sp Def with a + Sp Def nature means it can tank a lot of potentially fatal attacks and retaliate with a status-inflicting move of some kind. I run mine with Sludge Bomb, Dragon Pulse, Scald and Thunderbolt, so it can shut things down or chip them to death in a variety of ways. Plus, it looks cool as hell.
