Head:
His "helmet," would keep its basic shape, but it'd add some sort of visor over his eyes. His ears/cheek tuffs/whatever the fuck they are would sort of come out to took like wings, similar to Gardevior's. I also had the thought of giving him either two smaller fins on the side of his head, or extending his crest down past his neck.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bevor. Though instead of coming up from his collar bone it'd come up from his chest spike. Give him some sort of shoulder armor, not quite sure what I had in mind though.
Also: Get rid of the fucking onion diaper thing. Seriously, what the fuck Gamefreak?
I wanted to give him a tabard thing like pic related, with two smaller pieces of "cloth," that came down on the sides.
Arms and legs:
This was where my idea kinda started to go off. I knew I wanted to make them a little bulkier, along with the "armor," I had talked about, but I wasn't sure how to go about it. I trust I've given you enough to work with, so whatever seems best to you.

Swordsmanship
Gives a 50% boost to all Blade, Cut, and Slash moves. Also increases Swords Dance to +3
I had in mind to give it to Mega Bisharp and Mega Farfetch'd, but that's for another thread.
