This team is absolutely garbage. Also Dragalge is level 100 and everyone else is level 50. Might want to fix that.

Aerial Ace on Tyranitar should go. It's too weak to contribute anything notable. Pursuit is a notable utility move if you want to hurt things who attempt to switch out, while Superpower provides better coverage. Thunder Wave is also notable team support, especially for Megachomp.
Don't bother with the Double-Team gimmick on MegaChomp, since he can't abuse it. Abuse his tanky mixed attacking stats. Something like EQ/Stone Edge/Outrage/Fire Blast is more fitted to his needs. You'll be best off running a +Spe and -Def/SpDef nature in that scenario.
Shell Bell is an awful item, don't bother. Hone Claws isn't worth it, either. I see you're trying to make him tankier, but he serves decently as a Dragon Dancer, in which a Lum Berry might be helpful to let you set up in the face of status-users like Rotom-W.
You should really maximize Ferrothorn's HP for maximum defensive capabilities. I wouldn't recommend Iron Defense, especially considering his huge natural defense. You should opt for an attacking move like Power Whip, so you aren't forced to Switch/Struggle when Taunted.
Again with Dragalge, those Defense EVs are better placed in HP, especially if you want to try and abuse Acid Armor. I think I should note for both Tyrantrum and Dragalge, their hidden abilities aren't legitimately obtainable yet.
Snorlax, sadly, just isn't that great anymore. Rest-Talk isn't a great strategy. If you really want to use him, RestoChesto might be a better option, try and set up with Curse, Rest when you're injured, and proceed to decimate.

TTar is fine. Go 252 HP instead of defense on garchomp. You should probably shift some HP investment to attack for tyrantrum. Since you dont have a special wall i would make ferrothorn more specially defensive (252 HP / 48 Def / 208 SpD). I would replace dragalgae with a choice scarfed special attacker because your team is lacking speed. Gliscor could be a fantastic impish 252 HP DEF physical wall if you would run earthquake roost toxic substitute. That would drastically improve this team

Replace Dragon Claw with Earthquake. Having a 120 base move against all non-Steel/Fairy types is useless when you have Head Smash. EQ also has amazing type coverage along with Rock, giving you the EdgeQuake combo.
Crunch could be replaced, but honestly still gives you better coverage than Dragon Claw, even without the Strong Jaw boost.

Run 252 HP, 252 SpA for EVs, taking EVs out of HP if you're dead set on investing in Speed.
If you want to be bulky, run Assault Vest and use it as a special wall that KOs with high powered STABs. As it is, you're running a set that's trying to too many things at once, and your set is an amazingly poor user of Acid Armor.
Either setup to be full offense abusing Adaptability, or go heavy defense with Assault Vest or Black Sludge Toxic Spike abuse; Dragalge doesn't have the stats to spread thinly across several roles.

Seriously, no STAB of any sort, and yet you prefer to go Thunder Fang?
Earthquake + Ice Fang gives you amazing offensive coverage while giving a reliable STAB to use on neutral mons (compared to Steel/Electrics mediocre coverage).
If you're set on using a Poison Heal Sword Dance Gliscor, run Jolly with 252 Speed, with Fling/Acrobatics/EQ as your other moves, making use of its good STABs and decent coverage.

Is there any other item that would work well with an alakazam? I suppose having such high special attack and speed, he would only need to use 1 move and would hit everything hard as fuck

Woah, back the fuck up. There's a lot of things wrong here, and I don't want to call you a retard since you're obviously new at this.
A Choiced Pokemon should NOT use a status move apart from Trick/Switcheroo. You'll be stuck doing nothing to your opponent.
Out of all the Special Sweepers you chose to Scarf, you chose a great one, Alakazam -- who is MUCH better WITHOUT a Scarf.
The point of Scarfing a Pokemon is generally to be a revenge killer, a Pokemon who "avaenges" a Pokemon that was just KO'd, and will outspeed and kill the opponent. Alakazam happens to already be ludicrously fast, and doesn't need it so much.
Instead for Kazam, you should opt for Life Orb or Focus Sash. His ability makes these items much more useful, with a Life Orb you'll do extra damage without damaging yourself, and with a Focus Sash you'll never take hazard/status/weather damage, making him an amazing revenge killer, since he cannot be OHKO'd.
As a reference too, don't bother using Sub/Recover on a frail Pokemon like Alakzam, period.

you have 3 pokemon on your team that can greatly benefit from rain dance (switching to hurricane on noivern, thunder on goodra and slowbro in general) so I would advise switching your arcanine or bisharp for politoed. also there is literally no reason to use sludge bomb when sludge wave has more base power and the same accuracy, hidden power ice is also not better than roost or dragon pulse on noivern since it only grants coverage to ground types which you can switch pokemon if one appears. also goodra shouldn't have 252 in spdef it should have 252 in HP and keep the assault vest.

Never used weather before, I might try it out. I use sludge bomb for the higher chance of poison. The extra 5bp for sludge wave doesn't seem worth it. I used to run DPulse on Noivern but I changed it to HP Ice so I could deal with sub/protect/toxic gliscor.

Replace razor shell on your cloyster with shell smash and give him a focus sash. If you're so inclined to keep rapid spin go ahead and keep it but if you want cloyster to be a bulky sweeper go for hydro pump or some priority like ice shard instead

I looked into it, and I can confirm that Prankrow is attainable for VGC.
It will be rough giving up safeguard, but that prankster quash just seems too fucking good on paper.
Plus, I needed a ground-type counter, and Prankcrow works very well with lightning rod Rhyperior.
Speaking of, do you think that lifeorb is fine on him, or should I swap it out with something else, like a resist berry? Or is it fine?
I love protect so much, so I don't think I'll be able to give in for a assault vest. It's just not my playstyle.

I threw together a random doubles team to play VGC 14. My team was Lunatone and Amoonguss, otherguy had Gourgeist small and Heracross. He had used worry seed on his own heracross earlier.

I tried using rage powder, and I get the text "But it failed!". I tried it again a couple of times because I'm a retard but still got the same result. I want to know why it failed. Is it because grass types are unaffected by rage poweder? If so, why didn't his hera attack me?

A few problems with my team so far
- No pebbles removal
- Feel like some ability slots are being wasted with 2 Levitates, especially when I've got 2 flying-types already
- I literally have no idea how to use ferrothorn. I mainly put it in there as a defensive partner for rotom-h, and to kill one of the microwave's best counters, which, ironically, is Rotom-W
