Which recovery move should I run on this little terror in pic related? Wish or moonlight? I have been using moonlight and haven't been fucked by weather.... yet.

Don't bother with wish or any recovery just give it to another pokemon to heal when you clefable is almot dead.

And how exactly am I supposed to get this? Softboiled is not an egg move so even if I had access to gen III move tutor, I wouldn't be able to breed my Clefable anyways.

best you can do is pokegen one with 5/6 IVs and send it to gen 6. but it won't be able to have unaware or be used in official tournaments
