I like Coblaion but the muskedeers seem to be overall disliked because of Terrakion and Keldeo and their movie sucked I guess?

Barbaracle is very divisive though. I really liked Binacle from the start and it evolving into a Megaman boss is pretty cool

I like Torkoal too, I just wish he was better in battles. Besides, I see him pop up a bit too often to be considered "unpopular".

As far as the turtles go, I'm going with Carracosta. I didn't even know this guy existed for a while, but I started using him in Y, and was pleasantly surprised. A bit slow, but tough as nails. I like him.

Like how you trade Spearow for it (as the only way to get it in R/B) but the new pokemon isn't much better and it doesn't evolve. Similarly you have to trade for it in XY.

Oh no it's actually both meanings...
It's both used to imply inconvenience and also the phrase "a duck comes bearing green onions" could be interpreted to mean "along comes a sucker just begging to be parted from his money". As in it's original game, it's sort of a too good to be true scenario... given it's Rarity but ultimate uselessness.

I really like Gastrodon too. It's a cool tricloptic ground slug. One of the main things I dislike about Goodra is all the wasted potential for a really cool pokemon; it was a sluggy, then a thin slug-dude with no eyes, and then Barney.
