OP is referring to people who say that they're going to get a bunch of shit off the GTS as soon as PokeBank comes out because of people asking for unobtainables (Rattata, Eelektross, etc). But the Japs get PokeBank two days earlier and will get them before everyone else.

Not OP, but I know what he's getting at. /vp/ has been full of threads with cheeky cunts so excited to transfer Pokemon over that can't be caught in X and Y and trade them on the GTS with other cheeky cunts that offer legendaries for things they know people can't get. OP here is pointing out how utterly stupid both sets cheeky cunts are, because the cheeky cunts in Japan get Pokebank first and will get all the trades on GTS before cheeky cunts in the rest of th world get a chance.

There are pokemon on gts that are set to trade for Pokemon you can not get in X and y. Usually shinies and legendarys for febas. When Poke bank releases anyone who doesn't pull their Pokemon will lose them to trade. Japan get Poke bank 2 day earlier so they will get all the choice trades.
