Rock polish to outspeed and with the hp and bulk hopefully you live your first turn and get the boost from weakness policy to start hitting back.
Before everyone starts raging about Hyper Beam and muh recharge the idea is that move is used as a last resort if you're boosted enough to outspeed your opponent but know the next hit is gonna kill you. Thoughts? Suggestions for other viable sets?
