The ability you have will influence what moves you should use. Having infiltrator means you don't need boomburst as much since your other moves will get around subs too. Having frisk makes boomburst more valuable. You can't really go wrong with either of noivern's default abilities. Frisk is a good ability too since it helps you scout out your opponents. I personally have this setup:
Ability: frisk
Naive nature
Draco meteor
Flamethrower
Boomburst
U-turn
My general plan is to draco meteor then u-turn the fuck out. Then switch in later and go for draco meteor again.
