How do we make her at least somewhat useful /vp/?

This is my idea:

Aurorus @ weakness policy

Nature: calm
EV's: 252 Hp/180 SpD/60 Def/16 Spe

Rock polish
Freeze dry
Ancient power
Hyper beam/????

EV spread is as it is so that you have the bulk to live through a hit or two to allow weakness policy to do its thing, and the most minimal speed investment so that after one rock polish you can actually outspeed shit.

Before people start whining about Hyper beam and "muh recharge" please note that this set does not allow for Aurorus to keep switching in and out because she'll never survive the repeated hits needed to make her useful via weakness policy every time she is sent out. Once she is on the field she is there until she dies. And with that mentality if you are currently faster than your opponent and know you're gonna die on the next hit Hyper beam makes for one good final blow before death. That said I'm also open to other Moves for the fourth as know Hyper beam is both gimmicky and awful.

So what do you think of this build? What builds do you guys use or think would make her at least a little useful?
