The other parent needs to be holding an everstone, which will ensure that the nature of the holder will be on all of the eggs (in the case of blastoise, modest or bold, I personally would go modest). Iirc 80% of the eggs should have the ability of the female or non ditto parent.
That's all you need to know, after you have two parents with perfect IVs in different spots just put those items on them and keep replacing the parents with better offspring until you get your desired result.
