- Shadow Ball
It basically has perfect coverage, the exception being Litleo and Pyroar being the only ones able to receive NVE damage apparently. Though be warned that Poison and Burn will make things trickier if you don't have a way of removing them. You may want to try running it with a Lum Berry, I haven't tried it personally.
