But did you know in doubles and triple battles, it hits EVERYBODY? Heliolisk might be frail but it is rather useful, especially if you have a solid pokemon with him that has a lot of bulk. Heliolisk can just slap on some choice specs and spam parabolic charge for free HP, it'll even charge ally pokemon Lightningrod and Volt Absorb when you use it in doubles and triples.
It's just sad that heliolisk got the move, and not a bulkier electric type who could have really benefited from it.
