That has nothing to do with encryption. Wondertomb hasn't been a thing for years, the current cheating protection 'just' checks if your Pokemons are possibly obtained legally, meaning no impossible ability/moveset combinations. That includes unreleased 'legit' dream world abilities, by the way.

Permanent megas are definitely hacked by the game's standards. Not to mention, there is no way that 1. Gen 5 would recognize the Pokemon as anything other than a bad egg and 2. Pokebank would accept the piece of trash that is that data.
