If you allow OU mons into lower tiers, you'll just be causing other pokemon to be not as used and then they'll drop lower into the tiers. The purpose of tiers are to give outclassed mons a time to shine. If you want to use Blaziken, play in ubers, VGC, battle spot, whatever metagame allows it.
