Where's the best place to grind post elite 4? I've been using victory road but it takes awhile. Are there any better places?

If you are leveling traded pokemon and have lucky egg they level quick as fuck anyway.

You can also buy rare candies ingame/ on the global link site in exchange for poke miles to level

I just run through the E4 with Exp Power 3. My shitty Aerodactyl that I used in game can one shot all but two of their Pokemon so it doesn't take that long.
