>>16815809Like, Hippowdon or Gliscor? Yeah, those are solid picks, too, but since Steel shuts-down the entire strategy, I wanted something moderately fast and powerful that had a Fire move. Granted, both of those options also learn Fire Fang, but they just don't have the speed in case shit goes wrong and I need something dead quick. The rest of the team isn't that fast; the next best speed is Meloetta whose role is also "Kill the Steel/Poison/Flying types". I was looking for a mixed role that can both Toxic and quickly take out a Steel or Flying type.
But, hey, it Hippowdon fits, I can make him work. I'll have to pick between Stone Edge and Fire Fang, but I can set him up with EQ/Slack Off/Toxic for now.
