I like the idea of getting Pokemon C by breeding A and B.
Also, since people care about shinies so much, it would be interesting to say get a Pokemon with a certain palette swap by breeding Pokemon of certain colors, maybe not 100% guarantee but like 1:100 chance.
It only makes logical sense, IRL when two creatures make babbies they share traits from both parents. I don't get why I could breed a female Charmander with a Lickitung and have it retain 0 attributes of Lickitung.
