Shell Smash to boost speed/attack, and ruin lives with Icicle Spear and Rock Blast (multi-hit moves at 25bp each hit). And Ice Shard for priority.
He also has monstrous defense, so you don't have to fear being killed by physical attackers before setting up. Watch out for special attackers, though.
