it's got 95 base speed. That would make eeveeon the fastest user of spore in the game currently. And thanks to sketch it can know just about every other useful move too, fuck I mean why even let it learn every TM since it already has sketch? Are you aware of how broken this would be?

I will admit giving it the ability Protean is a nice touch, and maybe Color Change as its hidden ability, or vice versa.

Also, with 130 base attack, and Protean, and Sketch, it could be a fucking monster that would probably be banned from OU.

I think having these two guys in the metagame would make things a lot more interesting. mega-slow king would be OU for sure, but mega girafarig I'm not so sure about to be honest. I suppose whatever team runs a mega giraf will have a lot of ice/ bug types to abuse it.

All eeveeolutions have 130, 110 and 95 on their main stats, 60~65 on the rest.
From highest to lowest :
fire : ATK - SP DEF - SP ATK
electric : SPEED - SP ATK - SP DEF
water : HP - SP ATK - SP DEF
grass : DEF - ATK - SPEED
ice : SP ATK - DEF - SP DEF
psychic : SP ATK - SPEED - SP DEF
dark : SP DEF - DEF - HP
fairy : SP DEF - SP ATK - HP
Flareon is the most useless not just because of no moves, but having both atk and sp atk without speed. He is pretty much doomed to fail as a mixed sweeper with 60 speed and no hp, his movepool only sealed the fate.
Espeon is the odd one stat wise, being just a Jolteon with -20 speed +20 sp atk. All others are considerably "unique" in the stats.
Unless we get more Espeons, then the next 3 evos will focus on ATK + HP, ATK + SPEED or HP + SPEED. Only those combos are missing.

My money is on getting poison, fighting and ground types next, respectively, then disregard all other types as they dont really suit the eevee line.

What I really want though is a man-made robotinik evolution that turns eevee's body into a souless steel robot and creates a second pokemon, ghost eevee. We have Shedinja and Yamask, so why not.

Maybe if it only worked for one turn, otherwise 90% of Pokémon would be rendered entirely useless because the opponent can just repeatedly use Terror, leaving you only able to stat up or whatever.
