If Drifblim got it's stats raised by one of the fou Omnious wind,it got a speed increase,which let it attack again during that same turn
Omnious Wind could hit you from anywhere in the room
So yeah you basically had a 35% chance to eat 6 omnious winds each time you met a Drifblim
