Depends on who it is.
If it's Sylveon and Florges with ridiculous SP Defence, I'm just gonna switch out.
But I have KO'd a few fairies that think they can counter Hydriegon but end up getting KO'd instead.

Don't bother with that, most Fairies are specially defensive, the coverage is not so great outside of them, and it's not STAB. Just U-turn out of there or switch out.

That's nothing new though (poor Hydreigon), Sylveon in bank will use pixilated Hyper Voice (90 x 1.3 = 117 base power) though so that's a more worthwhile calc.

So, flash cannon's only use would be for togekiss and clefable... not worth it at all.

I don't think it could kill Togekiss either, it's bulk tends to rely on EV spread but it's far from frail.
Clefable is iffy, if it's already got a few Cosmic Powers then it's no use.
