I have a question concerning PokeBank but not eggs moves.

If I put Pokemon into PokeBank, and then start a new game, will I be able to get the Banked mons onto my new game?

Not either of them, but seeing as it's an external program, as in, outside the actual game, and is meant to work with several savefiles, there shouldn't be a problem.
If you had both versions and pokemon from both, and restarted one of the games, they wouldn't delete all of them. Not to mention poketransfered mons.

Well from what I've read you can't transfer pokemon in your box from one game to another, so I thought restarting your game would make your pokemon unable to transfer.

I hope I'm wrong.

You are. It works like Pokemon Stadium's boxes, rather than Pokemon Stadium 2.

If you don't know what the difference is, only thing to know is that you can withdraw pokemon from any savefile, whereas with Stadium 2 you had to get 150 Pokemon in your Pokedex before transferring to any save file save the one that deposited said pokemon, or the OT.

Holy shit, yes you can restart your game and get your pokemon back. What the fuck would be the point of Pokebank if you couldn't do that? It's like the storage system of EVERY previous generation. There is no way Gamefreak would fuck up that hard to not let you restart your game and reclaim your pokemon. Imagine the thousands of people who would do that and unintentionally kill years wroth of breeding?

How is this gonna work anyway? Are the old tutors in BW still the only way some pokemon will learn moves? Like if I want to breed a Jolteon with Signal Beam, will I have to do it all in Black and White 2 before I send it over?

You do realize that Pokemon saves to the SD card even if it's the physcial version. You can't just swap the game card, it won't work.

Doesn't say anything about eggs, but it seems like older Pokemon, and maybe some events may not be transferred. This is POSSIBLY to do with their super secrit legitimacy check. Maybe they're making it so that you may only transfer Pokemon that were specifically bred or caught, and anything downloaded won't be transferable? I'll be a little mad if that's the case, seeing as those Shiny Sinnoh legends will be useless

Do you think this will apply to moves learned in special ways? Or specifically, do you think moves learned through purification in Gale of Darkness and Colloseum be treated as egg moves?

You are mistaken. Pokemon getting moves that were once Move Tutor moves as egg moves isn't anything new, and neither is Pokemon getting egg moves added between games.
