You can focus more on defense instead of hp if you don't get wish. More hp just helps wish for when you switch out to another.
Otherwise a standard toxi-staller. Wish passing is nice, and synchonize can help cripple opponents who beat you out on toxic or make them think twice before doing it.
I don't personally like mean look, but I see it often enough. It does feel awesome trapping foes and watching them struggle.
