What did you give to him?

I gave him a Zorua in hopes that it would transform into his dead wife right before he passed away.

i was surprised to find out that he actually died...

I wish I'd given him a little pokemon I was going to eventually use and train.

I guess every pokemon is special in their own way. Makes me feel like shit for release all these non-shiny ralts as I Masuda though.

I remember going straight to my pc to get him a good pokemon because I felt so bad for him, and I gave him a leftover female chespin.
I imagined how happy he was when he saw it.

A few weeks later, I was going around, training my pokemon or some shit, and I remembered the old man for the first time in a while.

I went in his house to check on him, expecting him to be like the day-care man and leveling it up, or just for him to keep it. I kind of wanted to how he was doing after all this time.

Then I started reading the note.

I still have that chespin, even if I don't ever use it, since it is not particularly a favorite pokemon or mine, nor does it even have a good nature.

But I still have it, along with that comet shard that is probably worth a shit ton of money.
