I mean, i do the code to get an Arceus at route 2, if i catch that arceus the PID will have leftovers of bidoof or starly.
The ''all shiny pokemons'' just force the PID to be shiny everytime, so the PID it's ilegal; because you're not getting that necessary IV- Nature relation, you're just forcing some ''hex values'' to mark the pokemon as shiny.
