FAQ,

>Can I transfer Items using PokeTransporter?
No. All items will be put back into your bag upon transfer.
>How many Celebi can I get?
One Celebi per copy of Pokemon bank, having pokemon from multiple games doesn't mean more Celebi.
>Once I transfer my pokemon, where do they go, how do I get them in my game?
On the startup menu, you will be faced with an option called "Pokemon Link". There you can receive your Pokemon and your Celebi.
