And the painful thing is that GF even acknowledged this would be a part of Colress' research, since he's mentioned by a backpacker in front of Geosenge. It's like GF saw the opportunity and purposefully avoided it because it might make the plot just a little more interesting.

I actually have a thing I was going to post that fits this thread pretty well.

Do you guys think there's a chance we might see the legendary dragon that split into Zekrom, Reshiram, and Kyurem? Sort of like how we got Regigigas a generation after the legendary golems. Nothing dragon-related is coming down the pipe this gen, but I still wonder.

It's true that Kyurem can combine with Zekrom or Reshiram, but I imagine its original forum to look different than that. More like Kyurem, but bigger. Really, pre-split KyuReshiZek is the only pokemon in the whole series that we definitely know to exist but we've never gotten to see.

We had 2 generations of dragon centric Legendaries and still Zygarde is a dragon. That being said, Reshiram and Zekrom show up in that palace as sculptures so who knows. I think Kyurem/Reshiram/Zekrom's original form is to remain a mystery like dugtrio's lower half. Could you imagine how powerful it would be? Kyurem with 200+ stats.

I wonder if we'll ever get those. Or B3/W3. It seems more likely that a future generation may be set in western USA or just a different region of the US and allow the player to visit certain parts of Unova, Johto-Kanto style. Or just have character cameos.

Nah, I think it'd be pure Dragon, or it could be introduced in a gen that has triple types so it could be Dragon/Fire/Electric

It's White form is one of the strongest special attackers in Ubers. Black would be just as strong if it had a physical movepool. Dragon/Ice isn't terrible typing though base Kyurem's stat distribution makes it not too workable. If it was a lot faster it would work.

Mountains, plains, coast, forests,swamps, large cities and unique pokemon opportunities

hell if gamefreak was smart they could do the Carolinas as "twin regions" north carolina alone has enough unique land marks that would make great locations

Giving Zapdos Air Slash. I had not realized this until I checked Bulbapedia last night.

Also, it should have access to Hurricane. I mean, come one. Both Moltres and Articuno get it yet Zapdos, the one Bird Trio member who can actually utilize it, can't.

Same goes for Lugia not learning it and Espeon not learning Power Gem.
